Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Warehouse Worker is responsible for efficient and effective management of all inventories. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00

OVG's hospitality division partners with Winstar World Casino to provide hospitality guest services at the Gran Via Buffet and Red River Grill. Our goal is to provide our guests with a great experience when they join us for a meal. 


  • Responsible for receiving products, including checking addresses and signing for deliveries, product condition, container contents and purchase order accuracy and review.
  • Receive deliveries in a safe and efficient manner, using forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment.
  • Properly stores and stocks items within the warehouse, including dry storage, cooler and freezer, rotating items based on date codes.
  • Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and be a self-starter with the ability to multitask, follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-past environment.
  • Ability to communicate with team members, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribel Gaming Office prior to beginning work and are required to have a license renewed every two (2) years.
