Job description

The cocktail server at Parlor is the primary driving force of sales on the floor and the best point of contact for guests moving throughout the building. Not only do our cocktail servers provide beverage service for guests not seated at the bar, they also serve as the primary method of quality assurance for both beverage and food products served throughout Parlor. Servers work alongside the bussers to ensure all seating areas remain clean and presentable throughout service while providing the same standards of service all guests should expect to receive regardless of how and where their visit takes shape.
