The Cocktail Server is a guest service agent that works closely with the Bartenders in welcoming and serving our guests.
  • Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks orders from casino guests.
  • Communicates drink orders to Bartender, assists with proper garnishes of drinks.
  • Delivers drinks, collecting payment when required by company policy.
  • Removes empty glasses and trash as needed.
  • Assists the Bartender in stocking and cleaning the bar area.
  • Complies with department, state, and federal rules, regulations, as they pertain to service of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training and possess valid AAT card.
  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
