Job description

The Cocktail Server is to provide beverages and service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties:

  • Acknowledge guests by making eye contact, sincerely greeting and thanking them.

  • Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

  • Serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.

  • Applies knowledge of drink pricing and mixology.

  • Applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.

  • Completes all shift side work requirements.

  • Demonstrates understanding of casino floor sections.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Alcohol Awareness Card required.

  • Minimum of one year cocktailing experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest and stand for long periods of time

  • Able to work any day of the week and any shift.

  • Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.

  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
