Description:
As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will have the opportunity to lead our guests through their IHOP experience with top notch service, menu knowledge and the highest level of hospitality. Our servers are the face of the IHOP brand so those with a knack for a smile on their face and a genuine care for the wellbeing of our guests will excel at this position.
Other Duties Include:
• Expediting all orders
• Comply to standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
• Handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
• Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
• Perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables
Requirements:
A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must be work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
Must have good communication skills, able to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
