Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join The Lobby Bar team at The Breakers. As a Cocktail Server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing energetic and personalized food and beverage service. You will be responsible for anticipating the guests' needs, providing tailored recommendations, recording and inputting guests' orders while paying high attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to all food and beverage timing and safety standards. A successful team member will show a dedication to The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Cocktail Server or similar capacity preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items
- Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
