Requirements:

The Repair Planner is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair

estimates, and coordinating the repair process from intake through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance companies, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and profitable repair planning.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Create repair plans in collaboration with body technicians and painters

· Identify additional damage during teardown and submit supplements

· Schedule repairs and manage production timelines

· Ensure repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

· Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
