As a Senior Sales Manager in our North America Foodservice and On-Premise channel, you will play a crucial role in shaping customer partnerships and enabling growth strategies for diverse dining and beverage experiences. This role combines strategic account leadership with operational execution, engaging directly with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions that drive shared success.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Lead strategic business planning across assigned accounts, crafting annual business plans aligned with customer needs and Coca-Cola priorities.
  • Develop category programs, partnership initiatives, and operational strategies to accurately forecast revenue, volume, and associated expenses.
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews to monitor account performance, uncover growth opportunities, and assess progress against defined objectives.
  • Build and sustain relationships with senior-level contacts in customer organizations, engaging decision makers to steward joint strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with local bottling partners, outlet operators, buyers, and distributors to strengthen sales capabilities and optimize execution.
  • Activate supply chain initiatives in partnership with Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and foodservice distributors for operational efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of competitive activity within managed regions and share timely insights to inform proactive responses and market planning.
  • Utilize customer-specific data and financial analytics to recommend new products, refresh pricing strategies, and enhance overall profitability.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions and leverage Coca-Cola's full set of resources for mutual growth.
  • Identify new business-building ideas and anticipate customer needs through strategic thinking and collaborative vision sharing.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management with demonstrated success; foodservice industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Track record of developing and sustaining senior customer relationships, influencing decision making, and negotiating agreements.
  • Skilled in analyzing operational and financial data to inform account strategies and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Competence in technical presentation, communication, and closing techniques to secure new opportunities and drive incremental growth.
  • Ability to manage priorities with agility and operate successfully in fast-paced environments without direct supervision.
  • Digital fluency with CRM systems and proficiency in tools supporting forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Strong collaboration mindset to work effectively with bottlers, distributors, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Commercial acumen with experience leveraging competitive and marketplace insights to shape strategy.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned geography to support customer engagement and execution activities.
