Work days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday; Start Time 5am or 6am - until route completed; Full Time
Class A CDL Required, must be 21 years of age or older, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience Preferred

Compensation:  Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience.  Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Our drivers are heroes of the road, familiar faces and brand ambassadors, ready to deliver our products for consumers to enjoy. And what’s great is that our drivers work within their communities and have local routes.

If you're ready to take on the responsibility of transporting and replenishing the shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market, this role could be for you! 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check accuracy and stability of the load
  • Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
  • Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
  • Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
  • Pick up company property and secure company assets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
  • Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
  • Minimum 1-year of general work experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

 Preferred Experience

  • Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
  • Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
  • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
