As a Benefits Eligibility Coordinator - COBRA Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring employees and plan participants receive accurate benefits administration and exceptional support. You will maintain employee eligibility records within the claims software system, monitor and reconcile COBRA premium payments, and coordinate timely processing to support accurate reporting. You'll communicate regularly with customers, employees, former employees, dependents, and HR representatives, answering questions and providing outstanding service.
