Job description

Black Diamond Concrete Coatings is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and aren’t afraid of hard work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate concrete grinders and surface preparation equipment
  • Install premium epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coating systems
  • Perform concrete repairs and crack repairs
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Motivated, self-driven, and dependable
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality—not quantity
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Construction or concrete coating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
