Our team supports a wide range of projects, including individual parts, assemblies, and jobs requiring additional finishing services such as plating, anodizing, powder coating, laser engraving, sheet metal, and plastic molding.

Job Summary
DMI is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, monitoring processes, performing quality checks, and maintaining safe and efficient work practices.
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Compensation
$20-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Load and unload parts and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic quality checks.
