As a Production Racker you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity through a hands-on approach. Specifically, the role focuses on following customer requirements to rack parts in preparation for subsequent processes such as anodize or paint. Additionally, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Leadership Team, with a clear path for career advancement and professional growth. Our focus industries include, but are not limited to, aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical, and military. Our capabilities include Chem Film, Paint, Powdercoat, Industrial Printing, Masking, Solid Film Lube and Blasting. We are devoted to long term growth through customer commitment and competitive leadership.Position OverviewRacking and Unracking Parts:Placing or hanging metal parts on racks to prepare them for various finishing processes, such as plating, anodizing, powder coat or wet paint. Unrack parts after processing and remove masking materials after processing.Quality Control:Inspect parts before and after the finishing process to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects or non-conformances to supervisors. Packaging:Package completed parts by following customer specifications, prints and guidelines to ensure proper packing of parts.Job Monitoring: Utilize computer system to track job progress and scan in and out of jobs.Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations, especially when working with chemicals, tools or other equipment. Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing equipment and work area. Qualifications:This is an entry-level position; no previous experience is required.
