ย About the Position:ย  ย 

Full-time Position Schedule Options on Days (Monday - Friday):ย 

6:00 a.m. - 2 :30 p.m.ย 

Day Shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch period and a 15-minute paid break.

Overtime, when required, can be worked before or after the scheduled shift, or as needed.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembling nylon and leather collars, leashes, leads, and harnesses of different width sizes (1โ€, 3/4โ€, 5/8โ€ย and 3/8โ€).ย Associates cut, sew, seal, assemble, and label products. Manufacturing Department areas include Large and Small Nylon, Leather, Embroidery, Foam (molded training decoys), and Transfer Area (printing patterns on material).ย The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for getting products assembled on time and defect-free.ย  Training and supervision are provided in each department area.ย  Cross-training is encouraged.

The Associate must be punctual and meet or exceed Coastal Pet Products' minimum production standards while producing high-quality products.ย 

Qualifications:

Sit, walk, and/or stand up to ten (10) hours a day and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.

Read and interpret all necessary paperwork to accomplish maximum efficiencies, have basic math skills, and accurately measure using a ruler or yardstick.

Follow both written and verbal instructions with suitable dexterity skills.

Have good verbal skills with the ability to interact well with peers and superiors in a combined effort to maximize daily goals.
