Alan Ritchey, Inc. is a family-owned company with more than 60 years of service. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.


Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year


We Offer -

  • OTR Positions Available for SOLO drivers.
  • 2024-2025 Freightliner Cascadia - fully automatic, clean, well-maintained, with state-of-the-art safety technologies
  • Pay: Solo - $0.70 on ALL miles after first freight pick up to last freight drop, whether empty or loaded. Paid weekly.
  • Miles: Solo avg. 2,800 - 3,000 miles/week
  • Maximum of two weeks out. Routes will be in the central US. No east or west coast trips.
  • Drop & Hook; 90% No Touch Cargo
  • Fuel Card & E-Logs (Samsara)
  • Paid Detention & Layover
  • Dispatch and Maintenance personnel available 24/7.
  • Referral & Safety Bonuses; Paid Orientation

Passenger Ride-Along Program: A passenger ride-along program is available for approved human passengers. Pets are not permitted in company vehicles.

Requirements

  • Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances.
  • Drive routes to deliver freight on time and in excellent condition to designated locations while ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, any incidents that occur during transport. Submit all PODs and BOLs electronically promptly.
  • Conduct pre-trip, in-route and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and support staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and procedures as well as federal/state transportation laws regarding commercial driving.
  • Have no felony charges or pending felony charges in the last 7 years
