About the Role

We are looking for aย Lead HVAC Installerย who is not only technically skilled, but also aย strong leader on the jobsite.


This is a key leadership position within our installation department. You will be responsible for overseeing jobs fromย teardown to completion, ensuring every install meets our high standards.

Youโ€™ll lead by example, set the pace for your team, and ensure every job is completed withย precision, quality, and professionalism.


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish
  • Install:
  • Air handlers
  • Furnaces
  • Cased & uncased coils
  • Heat pumps
  • Package units
  • Mini-split systems
  • Fabricate ductboard and install ductwork properly
  • Remove and replace existing systems and components
  • Ensure proper airflow, system design, and performance
  • Read and execute work orders, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Oversee and manage HVAC installer helpers on-site
  • Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and efficiency
  • Perform system startup, testing, and quality checks
  • Communicate professionally with customers when needed
  • Ensure every installation is completedย right the first timeโ€”no shortcuts


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • HVAC installation experienceย preferred (we will train the right individual with strong potential)
  • Leadership ability and jobsite management skills
  • EPA Certification (required or must obtain within 60 days)
  • NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Must own (or be willing to acquire) necessary HVAC tools
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
