New Hope is hiring a Job Coach to assist individuals with disabilities in having meaningful and successful careers! This is a great fit for someone who loves being out in our community and enjoys helping others and and watching them thrive. New Hope provides valuable paid training to ensure your success as the next best New Hope Job Coach!
This role works with supervisors and natural supports at area businesses to reinforce their expectations by assisting the employed individual. The Job Coach works as part of a comprehensive team, sharing progress and completing documentation for the services provided.
Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years of age, show proof of high school graduation, and have six months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. A satisfactory driving record and a valid driver's license are required to be insured. Applicant must acquire and maintain a D-3 license.
