Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for food, beverage, and exceptional guest service? We're looking for an AM Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our morning restaurant operations and support a positive, efficient dining experience for our guests. In this role, you'll work closely with the F&B Manager and team to maintain service and quality standards, support and coach associates, respond to guest needs, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position primarily supports morning operations and requires flexibility based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily AM food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and a positive guest experience. 
  • Lead, coach, and support restaurant associates while promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional service standards. 
  • Maintain food, beverage, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the outlet. 
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, shift preparation, and ensuring the outlet is ready for service. 
  • Respond to and resolve guest questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner. 
  • Assist with training and development of food and beverage associates. 
  • Monitor service levels and assist the team during busy periods to ensure efficient operations. 
  • Support proper cash handling, financial transactions, inventory controls, and security of hotel assets. 
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, sanitation, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. 
  • Communicate effectively with the F&B Manager and other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction. 
  • Attend required meetings and complete assigned administrative or reporting tasks. 
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or hospitality training preferred. 
  • Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and support a diverse team. 
  • Strong guest service skills and the ability to professionally handle guest concerns. 
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and applicable health and sanitation requirements. 
  • Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and utilize basic computer and office systems. 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. 
  • CPR certification required or ability to obtain as required; first aid training preferred. 
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
