Job description

Work Schedule:
90% FTE, 36 hours per week, day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:
External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,150 sign-on bonus.

Work Experience:

Licenses & Certifications:
    COA, COT, CPOT, or CPOA certifications within 1-1/2 Yrs Required
    CPR certification within 90 Days Required
    If LPN, licensed in the state employed Preferred
    If MA, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Preferred
