Job description

Join the team shaping the future of streaming experiences at ViX. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to support personalization initiatives and emerging user experiences across the ViX platform ecosystem. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or graduate-level student interested in product management, streaming technology, data-driven decision making, AI-powered experiences, and user engagement.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, CRM, Analytics, and Content teams to support experimentation, insights, operational execution, and strategic initiatives focused on personalization, content discovery, engagement, and next-generation streaming experiences.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of personalization and new user experience initiatives across web, mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms
Analyze user behavior, engagement funnels, and content performance to identify optimization opportunities
Build queries, dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support product decisions
Assist with experimentation analysis, instrumentation validation, and product performance monitoring
Coordinate initiatives across Product, Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and Content teams
Prepare product documentation, timelines, executive summaries, meeting notes, and stakeholder follow-ups
Help track project dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery progress for strategic initiatives
Support operational execution and reporting for personalization programs and feature launches
Participate in initiatives related to recommendation systems, streaming innovation, and AI-driven user experiences

Required Qualifications
Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, dashboards, and business intelligence concepts
Understanding of product funnels, KPIs, and data-informed decision making
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments

Preferred Qualifications
Interest in streaming, media, entertainment, personalization, recommendation systems, or consumer technology
Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar platforms
Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or product analytics concepts
Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Basic understanding of APIs, event instrumentation, or data pipelines
Curiosity about AI-driven product experiences and personalization strategies
Spanish proficiency is a plus, as many stakeholders are based across LATAM and much of ViX content is in Spanish
