Overview

Position: Talent Acquisition Co-op 

Locations: Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB; Montreal, QC; Quebec City, QC

Duration: 4 months 

Compensation: $21.00-31.50

TheTalent Acquisition CoordinatorCo-op contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Canada team by executing staffing initiatives with the goal to increase PepsiCo Canada's potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. The ideal candidate is a current student that is creative, a self-starter and possesses strong multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support seasonal frontline recruitment recruitment and hiring activities across the HR team  
  • Assist with coordination and administration related to recruitment and candidate processes  
  • Contribute to sourcing and outreach initiatives 
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation within HR and recruitment systems  
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications

Who's a good fit for the team: 

  • Working towards a University degree preferably in Human Resources or Business 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks 
  • Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive results 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and written communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
