Job description

We are actively seeking people who are trustworthy, hardworking, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and who will set high standards for themselves and their team. The Little Caesars Co- Manager will report to the General Manager, and will assist the General Manager in primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations, including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance. The Co-Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines established by Little Caesars Enterprises.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and posses basic math skills
  • Must have a valid photo ID as well as an original social security card or birth certificate
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
  • DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
  • Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
