Hi, I'm Paul, Photo Manager at Inter-State Studio in Northwest Pennsylvania. We're more than just a team here – we're a family that supports each other and celebrates our individual strengths. Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years.

No experience necessary – we provide paid training and all the equipment you'll need, plus mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities!
What you'll do:
Job Duties:

  • Travel to schools and photograph students and staff (early mornings, days vary)
  • Set up, maintain, and organize photography equipment
  • Pose students according to our guidelines (we'll teach you everything!)
  • Ensure high-quality, sellable images are captured
  • Uphold excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Complete post-shoot paperwork and auditing
  • Operate company software (training provided)

What you’ll need:

Essentials:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation with insurance coverage (must be able to fit a photography equipment – small sedans are fine!)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Post-offer background check includes a motor vehicle report

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and access to email
  • A positive attitude and patience with children

Availability:

  • Available to work early mornings
  • Able to travel to schools
