Co-Dough is a high-volume bakery known for exceptional products, hospitality, and an unforgettable customer experience. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our growing team.
Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for managing all daily store operations while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, employee performance, and operational execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong presence on the floor and a commitment to creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Customer Experience
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
