CNC Machinist — Full-Time Opportunity Near Westborough, MA

A leading manufacturing company near Westborough, Massachusetts, is actively interviewing experienced CNC Machinists for a full-time position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on machinist who enjoys precision work, machine setup, problem-solving, and the production of high-quality parts.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications, and technical drawings

  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC Star Swiss lathes

  • Inspect first-piece and in-process parts to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

  • Change machine offsets, tooling, and operating parameters as needed

  • Perform basic G-code edits; previous G-code editing experience is a plus

  • Complete routine preventive maintenance to keep machines operating efficiently

  • Set up machines to achieve their full production capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • CNC machining and machine setup experience
