Summary

United CNC Machining is seeking an elite Mazak Integrex Lathe Set-Up/Programmer.

Required Experience

  • Knowledge of Mazatrol control and Mazak Integrex machines requird
  • 5-axis Turn / Mill experience
  • Knowledge of Mastercam required
  • Must be familiar with G and M codes
  • Will be required to program, set-up and run
  • Prototype and low quantity machining experience required
  • Must be able to read 2D prints and 3D models
  • Must know GD&T
  • 10 years minimum experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant)

Physical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of, but are not limited to the following.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Regular standing, bending, and manual assembly work.
  • Work performed in a clean, organized, controlled manufacturing setting
