Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Work Environment: In-person only

MW Millworks is a locally owned custom millwork manufacturer specializing in high-end, architecturally accurate millwork for both new construction and impact-rated projects, with approximately 30% of our work dedicated to historic restoration. Located in North Charleston, we partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium-quality doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.


The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Manager of CNC Operations to lead our CNC production activities. This
role combines hands-on woodworking expertise with leadership and organizational skills to
keep our projects on track.

What You’ll Do
 Manage CNC operators and workflow for door and window projects.
 Distribute job tickets, assign tasks, and monitor project timelines.
 Ensure high-quality standards through regular quality checks.
 Collaborate with team leads and provide training.
 Maintain and optimize CNC machinery and software.
