CNC Swiss Machinist – Precision Aerospace & Medical Manufacturing

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes (Citizen, Star, or Hanwha platforms)
  • Set guide bushings and collets for new jobs
  • Touch off tools and load proven programs
  • Perform basic tool offset adjustments to hold tolerance
  • Load and manage bar feeders
  • Inspect parts using standard measurement tools and apply GD&T principles
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to troubleshoot and improve setups

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on setup experience on Citizen, Star, or Hanwha CNC Swiss machines — this is required
  • Intermediate to expert understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools
