NEED CNC SAW MACHINE OPERATOR โ€“ PRODUCTION
PAY: $21.00
Training will be Conducted During the Day Shift Hours

Monday- Friday

1st Shift- 8:00am-5:00pm

3rd Shift- 4:45pm-1:45am

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using CNC Saw Router Machines
  • Review Drawings, instructions blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production
  • Load programs for matching Jobs
  • Basic Math and Ability to Convert Fractions to Decimal
  • Take precise measurements for tool offset and adjustments
  • Each operator is considered the team leader of their machine. They are to be aware of the level of efficiency and quality of their packersโ€™ output, produce quality and monitor waste
  • Maintain daily production standards and thoroughly complete production reports as required
  • Changing hoses, filters, boards, belts, and weekly cleaning
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed throughout
  • Keep the shift and/or facility supervisor or (machine technician) if applicable, informed of any problems or potential problems regarding machinery, inventory, and/or personnel
  • Ensure the machine is kept in good working order at all times
  • Report any major problems to the shift and/or facility supervisor.
  • Ensure the machines are cleaned thoroughly at the end of each shift
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-past environment
  • Required to follow safety rules and report any unsafe conditions
  • Ability to work well with colleagues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive attitude and excellent work ethic is a must
  • Machine Operator: 5 year (Required)
  • Manufacturing: 1-3 years (Preferred)
  • Must submit to a drug screen
  • Pass background check

  • Must be able to pass drug screen.
