About the Role

ATI Windows is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas Sunset team. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our production equipment and facility running at peak performance — working closely with our VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machines, punch presses, conveyor systems, and other production equipment
  • Repair and restore malfunctioning machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing
  • Monitor and maintain PLC and robotic systems
  • Handle facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural repairs
  • Manage maintenance supply inventory and submit parts requests as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with the VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager on maintenance schedules and facility issues
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting CNC machines, punch presses, and conveyor systems
  • Solid understanding of PLC programming and robotic systems
  • Electrical/electrician training or apprenticeship
  • Ability to read technical manuals and equipment schematics
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Available for emergency situations as needed
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
