Precision CAM Programmer, CNC Lathe/Mill Operations

Role snapshot
  • Create, refine, and debug Mastercam programs for turning and milling—supporting both prototype and production runs.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to validate and run your programs.
  • Execute in‑process and final inspections using CMM, micrometers, and bore gauges.
  • Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet blueprint requirements.
  • Maintain tooling, assist with fabrication as needed, and follow safety/quality procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Mastercam programming experience (version 19 or newer).
  • Proven CNC programming background within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong blueprint interpretation, mechanical aptitude, and GD&T fluency.
  • Experience with tooling setup and precision measurement instruments.
  • Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, and solutions‑driven.
