Project Manager for AS9100 certified CNC Machine Job Shop
Our growing CNC Machine Job Shop is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at coordinating complex projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned CNC machining projects, from initial customer order to final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Monitor progress and coordinate with, production and quality teams to keep jobs on track and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining AS9100 QMS in accordance with current revision requirements.
  • Help control and maintain quality documentation, procedures and records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management within a manufacturing or JOB SHOP environment.
  • Familiar with CNC machining processes, materials, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 regulations.
  • Experience with internal and external AS9100 audits.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
