About the Role
We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to help push accuracy, throughput, and continuous improvement across the machining floor. You'll develop optimized CNC programs, collaborate closely with machinists and engineering, and help shape our programming standards as the shop continues to grow.

This role goes beyond running programs — we're looking for someone who takes full ownership of machining strategy from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Create, refine, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam
  • Develop efficient toolpaths for multi-axis equipment (3, 4, and 5-axis experience a plus)
  • Collaborate closely with machinists to fine-tune setups, reduce cycle times, and improve quality
  • Select the right tooling, cutting strategies, and workholding solutions for each job
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain clear, organized program documentation with proper revision tracking
  • Support the quoting process with machining strategy input and time estimates
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of programming templates, standards, and best practices
