World-class, rapidly growing custom design manufacturer in Plano, TX looking for a CNC Programming Lead.


The company is bringing in new cutting equipment expected to produce approximately 3–5x the output of its current machines. This person will get involved before the equipment arrives, learn the current process, help develop standards and workflows, participate in commissioning, train your employees and ultimately become the technical owner of the new equipment.


This is not a traditional machine operator or button-pushing position. We are looking for someone with strong critical-thinking skills, technical ability, and leadership.


Grow into broader production/ leadership responsibility as the operation expands.
