CNC Programmer/Machinist

Chelsea, MA 02150
A growing custom metal fabrication company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong sheet metal fabrication experience to support laser cutting and punch operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Program laser cutting and punch equipment using SigmaNest and Trumpf TruTops Boost software
  • Select and specify tooling for machining operations
  • Verify accuracy and quality of machined parts and components
  • Create setup sheets for machine operators
  • Assist with CNC machine setup and operation
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and production teams
  • Maintain strong safety and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with SigmaNest and Trumpf TruTops Boost
