Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a team of 5 Manufacturing/Process Engineers and 1 Engineering Technician within a CNC manufacturing environment

·                     Direct all machining functions and guide the team in developing new products, solutions, and lean manufacturing processes

·                     Provide hands-on expertise in CNC programming and tooling design to optimize production capabilities

·                     Automate processes and deliver troubleshooting and technical assistance on the shop floor

·                     Serve as the primary technical liaison with the customer engineering department to support New Part Introduction (NPI), project management, timelines, and design implementation

·                     Drive automation initiatives utilizing FANUC robots throughout the plant

·                     Coordinator

Key Requirements

·                     Proficiency in MasterCam (open to other CAM software) and SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design

·                     Experience with FANUC robotics, including pick-and-place applications

·                     Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations including Lathes, Mills, and some Swiss-type machines

·                     Demonstrated experience with aerospace and/or military machined parts manufacturing

·                     Bachelor's degree (BS) preferred
