Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Modeling and drawing customers parts
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM Software. TopSolid a plus
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
  • Ability to select the correct tooling for the part
  • Ability to do Machine Set ups & Touch offs
  • Experience with Fanuc Controls
  • Collaborating with Machinist to Troubleshoot and improve efficiency to meet production timelines
  • Ability to operate at least 2 Machines
  • Ability to perform Machine Maintenance when needed

Abilities and Expertise Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience required
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • 5 Years Minimum Experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Quality Control
  • Must be able to bend, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
