Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry Cabinetry CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain CNC programs using Mozaik

  • Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

  • Translate drawings into accurate, production-ready CNC programs (machine-ready files)

  • Optimize programs for material yield, machining efficiency, and accuracy

  • Coordinate with Shop Manager and Millwork Project Manager to ensure smooth production

  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues

  • Maintain organized program files and documentation

  • Contribute to workflow and process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience (required)

  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods and materials (preferred, not required)

  • Proven ability to generate accurate, production-ready CNC programs

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Experience with CNC routers and shop equipment (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of VCarve Pro, AlphaCAM, or similar software
