Job description


We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who is interested in building a career in the machining industry. A basic understanding of machining experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate who may have the following experience.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate CNC Lathes
  • CNC milling (will provide training)
  • Basic blueprint reading
  • Basic understanding of measuring tools: Micrometers, calipers, micro height.
  • The ability to understand basic math
  • Computer and technical skills
  • Must be willing to cross train on other machinery: Molding press's, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment in RR cell or HSA
  • Be able to understand and follow established procedures and work instructions.
  • Have a basic understanding of shop routers/travelers or be willing to learn.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • US citizen or hold permanent residency status
