Job description

CNC Operator / CNC Machinist

Location: Massachusetts

Pay: $32 - $37/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with flexible start time

We are looking for a CNC Operator / CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating CNC equipment and a strong understanding of G-code, machine setup, and manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:

  • CNC machine operating or machining experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerances
  • Experience with G-code and basic CNC programming
  • Experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines
  • Ability to understand feed rates, machine settings, and material properties
  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow written and visual instructions
  • CAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software experience is a plus
