Are you mechanically inclined and great at working with your hands? Do you have experience working on cars or similar hands-on mechanical work? If so, The Lee Group has an exciting opportunity for you in Virginia Beach!
We're seeking reliable and mechanically skilled Machine Operators for a growing team in what is currently being called the "Index Department." This is a temp-to-hire role with opportunities for long-term growth. Qualified candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read measurements accurately.
Job Responsibilities of Machine Operators
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the line
  • Read and interpret measurements with precision
  • Perform quality checks and monitor product specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
