Job Description
The CNC Operator IV performs routine maintenance, conducts quality work checks, and sets up equipment while adhering to safety rules. They also address production inefficiencies and maintain necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Perform quality work checks to insure your machine is producing quality standards
  • Maintain required production and quality documentation
  • Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment
  • Assist in inspection of finished machine parts
  • Verify dimensions of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Set up and run the first part after completion of machine set up
  • Select tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programs

Qualifications
Experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in area of responsibility.
