Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.

Position: 

  • CNC Machine Operator

Pay:
  • 1st Shift – Starting at $18.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift – $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift – $20.40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential)

Shift Schedule:
  • 1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift:– 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to production standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in CNC machining who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specifications
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
  • Monitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure quality
  • Perform basic in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
  • Identify and communicate any irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Keep accurate records of completed work and report any deviations from production standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies
 
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods
  • Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience:
  • Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operations
  • Experience working with various materials including aluminum and stainless steel
  • Familiarity with shop math and basic G-code knowledge
  • Proven ability to meet production and quality goals
