John R. Bromiley Company Inc. is an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified precision manufacturing company that specializes in multi-axis CNC Milling/Turning and multi-axis CNC Swiss Turning. For over 50 years we have offered machining solutions for many industries including Aerospace, Medical, Military, Electric Power, Instrumentation and Hydraulics.

The ideal Nightshift CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-quality, precision components that meet exact specifications. This position requires a solid understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Night shift hours: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes, CNC Swiss lathes, and CNC multi-axis lathes to machine parts to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality.
  • Load and unload parts, tools, and materials per job order requirements.
  • Utilize power and hand tools to perform finishing processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part dimensions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine machining operations and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Accurately record production data, measurements, and part counts.
  • Collaborate with senior machinists, engineers, and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Complete job-related training as directed by management.

Qualifications
