Job description

Job Title: CNC Operator Location: Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $25.00 - $34.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the You Ji VTL/Drill/Mill for precision machining operations
  • Maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy per print specifications
  • Perform routine machine checks, maintenance, and tooling changes
  • Operate CNC Water Jet machine as secondary duties require
  • Support bring-up and operation of CNC Laser upon becoming operational
  • Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience operating CNC vertical turning lathes or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a consistent shift schedule
