MD Turbines is seeking a skilled and self-motivated CNC Operator with 2–3 years of experience in precision machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality turbine components according to engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines) to manufacture turbine components.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for production runs.

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Perform routine measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

Make basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.

Follow all safety procedures and company manufacturing standards.

Document production results and report issues to supervisors or engineering teams.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
