Job description

We are currently hiring CNC Operators in Orlando, FL for on-going projects. Pay is $25- $28 per hour based on experience and skill set. As a CNC Operator you are responsible for operating CNC machinery used in large-scale custom fabrication projects. OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates.



CNC Operator Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC routers and/or CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders.
    • Load materials and verify proper machine setup before production.
    • Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and routine preventative maintenance.
    • Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards.
    • Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, mold makers, carpenters, and production staff.
    • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

CNC Operator Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating CNC routers, mills, lathes, or similar CNC equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in scenic fabrication, custom fabrication, cabinetry, architectural millwork, or themed entertainment is a plus
