Machine Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent leader in plastic bucket manufacturing, in Hamlet, IN, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team!
Pay:
Starting at $14.00/hr. with an increase to $17.00/hr. after 60 days Shift: 12-Hour Swing Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CT)
What You'll Do:
  • Operate production machinery to manufacture plastic buckets.
  • Assemble plastic buckets and related components.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety and production procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift
