Job description

Aerotek is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift CNC operators. Set-up experience is not necessary. Operators will be fully trained on tool change processes for machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathes
  • Perform tool changes and offsets
  • Load and unload machines with materials
  • Perform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performance

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of CNC Machining experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Schedules:

  • 1st shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
  • 2nd shift Option A is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (+ $2/hour shift premium)
  • 2nd shift Option B is 3:30 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday (+ $2/hour shift premium)
  • Ample optional overtime is available on Friday's and Saturday's
