Job description

Parallel Employment, in partnership with Lake Geneva, WI manufacturing clients and Waterford, WI manufacturing clients is currently seeking CNC Operators to join our team.

The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. This role requires individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a timely manner.

Shift: 1st & 2nd shift openings

Wage: $20.00-$26.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with production orders and engineering drawings.
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards using micrometers and calipers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues to supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating CNC machines, preferably 1-3 years.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
