Embroidery Machine Operator (Full-Time)

Are you dependable, motivated, and willing to work hard? Whether you have embroidery experience or are looking to learn a valuable trade, we'd love to hear from you.

Uniforms Unlimited is seeking a full-time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. We offer a clean, climate-controlled work environment, modern equipment, and the opportunity to develop skills that are in demand throughout the apparel decoration industry.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
  • Prepare garments and hoop items for production.
  • Read work orders and ensure each order is produced accurately.
  • Change thread colors, replace bobbins, and make basic machine adjustments.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
  • Work with the production team to complete customer orders on time.
  • Help keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
