Responsibilities:
  • Works directly with the Pourline Manager to coordinate and implement all directives in a positive and professional manner for foam production
  • Safely loads, unloads, and transfers chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums to holding tanks for production
  • Observes pressure gauges and flow meters, and adjusts valves to regulate speed of pumps and control pressure and rate of flow of materials
  • Maintains pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and adjusting pumps
  • Collects samples of material for lab analysis
  • Records quantity of material pumped
  • Inventories contents of storage tanks
  • Follow 5s and safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must meet all requirements of Pourline Operator 1-4
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
  • Able to read measuring devices

Education / Certifications:
